Preparetherecommendationreportaftertelephone/face-to-faceinterview.
Coordinatetheinterviewarrangementsbetweencandidatesandclients.
Chasethefeedbackofclientsandinvolveinthesalarynegotiation.
Dothereferencecheckandfollowupthecandidateon-boardingprocess.
Keeprelationshipandmaintainthecandidateswithintheprobation.
Beresponsiblefortheaccountreceivablecollection.
